I truly appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the room. it felt like home despite being a business hotel. Bedside USB charging and a bedside control for lights were thoughtful touches. Breakfast had a good spread, mostly Indian dishes, although some items ran out before time. The cooking staff needed better management. there were long queues for omelettes as only one person was on duty. I also faced a minor hiccup with the inexperienced receptionist who resisted my request for an early check-in and late cancellation of the last night. a supervising staff member intervened positively. Room comfortwise, a couple might find the Standard Queen Room just right, but families may feel cramped. Some curtains didn’t close fully, letting in a bit of light which disturbed sleep.

A tip , consider dining out for better food options. a decent experience.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating , always quick to help. We even got a nice surprise when we arrived , a welcome drink that was refreshing after a long trip.
